Strategy

The Strategy Team provides leadership and co-ordination within the framework of the University’s ongoing strategy planning and implementation processes. Support is provided to both Faculties and Professional Support Units in the setting and delivery of their strategic plans. In parallel with these internal functions, the Strategy Team undertakes an on-going assessment of (and reporting on) a wide range of external factors likely to affect the future positioning and operation of the University.
